Fairy Frosting opens with a shimmering burst of pink peppercorn, adding a playful sparkle before melting into a golden swirl of Meyer lemon and honeyed marmalade. As it settles, marshmallow fluff, rich vanilla bean and crème caramel emerge, draped in velvety heavy cream and fresh-milled butter. Fairy Frosting is inspired by the folklore of woodland sprites and their fondness for sweet offerings left on moonlit windowsills. In many old tales, fairies are drawn to the scent of cream, honey, and freshly baked confections, rewarding those who leave them treats with small blessings—or playful mischief. This scent captures that sense of whimsy, like stumbling upon an enchanted patisserie hidden deep in the woods, where the air is thick with sugared citrus, caramelized vanilla, and the warmth of freshly brewed coffee.
