As the lone spell-stirrer behind every brew, bottle, and bundle, I mix, pour, label, and send each potion myself. Your patience keeps the cauldron bubbling ✨
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Any delivery dates or shipping timeframes shown at checkout or provided in tracking are estimates issued by the shipping carrier, not guarantees. These estimates are determined solely by the shipping company and are outside of my control.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, selected shipping method, weather conditions, and carrier delays. At this time, I offer domestic shipping within the United States only. All packages are shipped USPS Ground Advantage.
Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
Once an order has been shipped, transit times are determined by the carrier and are outside of my control.
Occasionally USPS experiences significant delays. If your tracking shows no movement or delivery after 10 days, please contact me at tararose@stardustandstems.com and I will immediately open a service request and begin a mail search on your behalf.
Packages are not considered lost until they have been in transit for more than 30 days from the original ship date. If your package has not arrived after this time, I will review the situation and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Due to USPS claim processing requirements and the nature of operating as a small, one-woman business, replacements cannot be sent prior to the 30-day mark, or a failed USPS service request in which they definitively cannot find the package .
Marked Delivered, Not Received
If a package is marked as delivered by USPS, it is considered successfully fulfilled. Once an order is marked delivered, responsibility transfers entirely to the carrier, and the transaction is considered complete.
In these cases, the buyer must contact their local USPS office directly to investigate, locate the package, or file a claim. I am unable to take further action, provide replacements, issue refunds, or intervene with the carrier once an order has been marked delivered. This situation is completely outside of my control.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these shipping terms, including the use of carrier-provided delivery estimates and the limitations of carrier-controlled delivery.
